Just because your friends girlfriends mothers uncles step brother has a C63 that beat the pants out of you, or that most reputable sources say a C63 should beat a tuned 335 easily (which I'm not even necessarily saying is the case, though it probably is), doesn't mean this guy's lying.

Not every car runs the same which is why people have different timeslips with the same mods.

There is nothing wrong with that C63. The run on DS he put like 4-5 lengths on me.
I could've just had a good launch, and I'm sure if we didn't shut it down he wouldve ended up passing me.

It's a little upsetting that people need a video instead of just believing the truth. I just wanted to share my runs with you guys as a follow up to my original post, as I was pretty happy.

I still have a grin on my face, the fact a 335i can mess with some of the fastest out there makes me feel good. Believe me or not, I'm good either way. Thanks

Definitely don't carry a passenger if he doesn't have one. The extra weight is going to hurt the lightr/lower HP car more. You carrying the passenger instead of him can be a 3-4mph trap speed difference! Have your passenger get in his car and do the filming. And if you want to really beat him, run 100 octane and map #2, or 7 on race fuel. Map #5 has always been slower for me.

Guys, anything can happen in a street race at a given time. I raced a well known tuned C63 at one of our race gatherings in my JB+ (otherwise stock 335i sedan), and I was actually ahead till 70mph. Obviously his car is faster, but we were all surprised nevertheless.

exactly...and it's not like im saying im faster or that i smoked him.

i got lucky on 1 run out of 4 and ppl need to hate...i feel like im in high school when you say you slammed a girl that is a little out of your league and your friends dont believe you. Obviously he is a bad driver, on the other hand Hotrod your cars are freaks of nature, you do realize your figures are way above all that i have read around here considering you run stock IC, stock exhaust, stock turbos, hek maybe stock intake too.

The c63 doesn't have the luxury of launching in 2nd gear like the 6at n54, could explain why you were beating him good off the line. Sounds like your buddy needs a driver mod
