Xenon headlights not powering on
Very strange behaviour from my Pre-lci E90 and wondering if anyone can help?
I retrofitted pre-lci xenon headlights about 2 years ago, all working well but now: -Neither headlight turns on -Angel Eyes work -Sidemarkers work -Tried 3 other bulbs (though unsure if they are working) -Tried another ballast (new) -Swapped the headlights to see if it was the wiring -Played around with the carly app in the event that something had been disabled Is it worth disconnecting/reconnecting the battery or could it be a fault with the FRM? (If the FRM was at fault would the angel eyes light up?) Just get the CC-ID 120 and 121 indicating dipped beam failure. Car doesn’t get driven a great deal but had a long drive about a week ago. Any help would be great, many thanks. |

Have you checked the fuses? When you retrofitted the lights, did you get a compatible Frm or did you just code your existing one?

Yeah checked fuses 64, 84, 86 and all ok.
Coded the original frm, all other lights work so could it still be the frm or could the short circuit faultneed resetting. |
