SA Recommendation in GTA

Need a couple of things looked at on my CPO e92 (taillight service bulletin, wastegate rattle) and was wondering if anyone can recommend a good SA in the GTA area (preferably at Parkview/T&C/Autohaus).

Thanks in advance.

I'm going to T&C on Wednesday to get a sidemarker replaced. I can check back here if you want?

Desmond Sie is now an Asst. Mgr at BMW Toronto. Anyone dealt with him lately?... Can he still accept service appointments?

Desmond is great as an SA and Raffi who is now the service manager at BMW Toronto are both great. Raffi goes above and behond for customers. Highly recommend

If you are still looking for one, Reno (assistant manager) at Budd's BMW Oakville is really good too. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

Don't mean to bring up an old thread, but have to get some work done, still have some original warranty left.

'09 CPO E92 purchased from Grand River BMW. Part of the Quinn group so I figured I'd go to Parkview or BMW Toronto. If it makes a difference, though I've read in the past that the service at these two locations tends to stand up above the rest.

Car is stock, no concerns about mods, but the things I need checked/repaired are:
1) the seatbelt exchange on the driver side consistently keeps dropping the belt, and;
2) a rattling sound coming from the engine that follows the engine as the revs come down back to idle. Concerned it might be a wastegate issue.

Who do you guys recommend? I saw the names for Desmond and Raffi at BMW Toronto, but they're listed as Assistant Managers; will they take calls for scheduling service? Thanks

At Parkviw I rarely get the same person twice. I've tried to be specific but to no avail. Christine is really good with follow up etc.

Just go to BMW Toronto. Desmond is the assistant manager but he'll still look after you. He'll assign it to one of his guys and if you don't like what they do, he'll make sure it gets fixed right.

Haha I've heard the stories. Will definitely be staying away from them, and I believe Autohaus as well, right?

Anyone have any experience with Maranello's service department. I've already been to Mike for some oil. Awesome guy.

depends who you go to.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tibor at Maranello. remembers my name everytime, regardless of whether it's been a week or 6 months since i last saw him. remembers personal details, and really goes above and beyond every single time i've been there.

highly recommended, at least by me. anyone who has experienced differently can chime in, but i have had nothing but good experiences with him and his level of service.
