No, that priced included imported taxes, but you need to pay for another 10% for registration fee in order to drive it on the street.
When was your last visit? Now, you might find variety of expensive cars here...

So back to the topic.

245 & 275 must have a significant impact on fuel consumption coming from stock 225 & 255?

Shouldn't since any aftermarket wheel is going to be lighter than OEMs...style 189s are almost 30 lbs! So as long as your net wieght is not bigger, you should be okay.

I plan on running a similar setup on an E92 but I currently have 235/35/19 on my Accord 19x8.5. I think the 235/35 will be too much of a stretch for 9inch width, could I run a 245 on the front and not scrub on stock suspension? And if so what size? 245/30,245/35,etc?

You can run

E9X (non M)
- 19"x9.0" ET35mm Front 235/35/19
- 19"x10.0" ET38mm Rear 265/30/19

Which tire provides a wider look, I really don't want to stretch the tires too much with these roads around here.

Will the 275 on the 10" rub on a slightly lowered setup? I want to get an Eibach type drop and I'm looking at these wheels. I don't like the stretched look either, but I don't want to buy tires tend get them mounted if they will rub.

Anyone run 275 on the 10" in the rear that is lowered?

Trying to find this out as well. Currently have AG m359's with 10" in rear and lowered on ST coils. Running with 265, but want to see if I can use 275 without rubbing

For reference here are pics of OEM 359's (19x9 et31 & 19x10 et25) with 245/35 and 265/35 Michelin PSS, on stock sports suspension. I only rub with 4+ ppl in car or on really huge dips. 275/30 with et38 shouldn't be a problem.

I'm dropped on H&R Sport Springs and lowering perches in the front (nearly 1.9" on front, 1.6" on rear)

Do you think this setup will be okay to run? I'm buying a set exactly like the one you mentioned.

Update, no rub, even on 2" drop in the front. I'm still on 265's in the rear, but looks like i'll have room to run 275/30's. Can't wait to replace the rear tires.
