Competition is what drives developments and the more the merrier Especially when one of the competitors isn't dumping on the others and showing his ass(just to be clear, not talking about you mike) |

Awesome times ... Get you 60' down! and you'll be knocking on 11s door.
I'm eager to see what the new JB4 aggressive maps will do. Hopefully it will be similar to Cobb on 93 octane, or I might be tempted to test Cobb's tune.

Thanks guys! Next time I get a chance, I will do some logs and perhaps run it again with less weight (take out rear seats) to see how it does.
I didn't mention the JB4 because I don't want another tune war. I was happy with both and both transformed my car from stock. |

I went out again tonite and made 2 passes this time just so I can see how consistent this Cobb tune is. My very first pass I left it on Drive (I was rushed) which explains that terrible 2.6 60ft lol. My 2nd pass I started in 2nd gear again like last time but with a slightly worse 60ft than my original post on this thread.
Mods: Cobb Stage 2+ aggressive stock throttle v301 Raceland Downpipes Helix FMIC Apex ARC8's with OEM 335i RFT's (tires were free, can't complain but will get wider tires later on) The car next to me is a well known 335is on here lol, I'm sure he will chime in with his perspective and maybe videos as well. I had a lot of fun tonite with the BMW crowd and hopefully we will do it again. I'm debating about whether I should add that Stett CAI or not... Thanks for looking. |

Best time was 12.5 w/ 2.1 60' @ 113 mph(consistantly) best Speed trap was 115 mph - it figures at the end of the night I finally found the sweet spot on the RPMs. Time for some DPs..... Edit: Here are the two runs for the time slips post above by RnmEvo9. Sorry about the quality. Last edited by BQTuning; 03-17-2012 at 12:48 AM.. |
