Need advice ASAP on power steering

so I've gone and done a coolant/power steering reservoir relocation for inlets. Problem is, now my power steering is LOUD AS HELL and frothy. I don't get it? i didn't drain the system, only the reservoir and about 6 inches of each line. As a matter of fact, i didn't even have to cut line at all. Its a bit low though, but still above the reservoir filter.

Why is it so dang loud? Ive tried the bleed process, I've checked lines for air leaks etc.

Do i need to add more fluid? I've checked and no one around has it.

Can i use dextron ATF? I've read its ok but I'm not really sure.

Currently, this is my only car right now and i need any insight as quick as possible.

Is it loud always or only when turning the wheels?

Its went away actually. It took a few days though. I topped off with Prestone european blend and it works great.
