Just don't want the petrol station smell following me around. Especially at a set of lights with the roof off. But I want to see how it is for myself before I make up my mind. Only read other people's reports........

Yeah i guess you will only know by experiencing the smell yourself.

You absolutely smell it when you stop, not when you are moving.

I drive a lot with the windows down and sunroof open to hear the exhaust, I have no idea how close you need to be to smell it, eg other cars at the lights or pedestrians, but you can just turn on your AC and point it at your face and you don't smell it anymore.
