Forget that place. Speed autotech are bunch of scammers. Charge extra for nothing and do amazingly stupid work. They charge you the price of brand new material but replace them with used ones its ridiculous. Hasnt happened only to
ME but quite a few people and i only found out 6months after just by curiosity of going to a new indy shop and have them look at my car.

Just tryin give the heads up out there for these guys charging way too many hours of labour for stuff that dont even take as much. For someone whos new, hes in the trap. Just sharing my experience, there are much better friendly and professional places out there other than Speed Autotech

My rule of thumb. Anything less than double the backing plate thickness should be a sign to get new pads.

Not in the airbox, or any way to get in the airbox, right? It will work it's way lose and fall away.

Sorry to hear about that. I've never had any issues. But I never had any serious work done.

I've ordered a set of BMS 10mm wheel spacers for my 2008 E90 BMW 335i. However, I made a mistake and I bought wheel spacers for F-series instead of E-series. They are NEW, except a little scratch on one because I've tried to mount them until I noticed they were for F-series.
I bought them from N54Tuning US $99 + TPS 5% + shipping = CAD $136,21. Best offer accepted.
I'm located in Brossard (QC).

In addition, went to Perry Auto to pick up to PFC01s and met up with Carl. Spoke to him about the seat that I wanted in the past and told him that it was just an unsafe decision because of the lack of cage/hans/etc. He disagreed because he mentioned you can still use the 3 point (false, because it needs to be above the seat and doesn't wrap your hips) and he also mentioned that it's "proven" that racing seats are safer on track.

I dislike how he is providing false information that is potentially unsafe.

My 2 cents.

Thats pretty bizarre. Sparco have a few nice sport seats that I was considering when I had my 335. You should have a look at the Torino, Chrono and others.

I was referring to a seat with fixed back of course. In terms of sports seat, i'll just deal with the CG lock!

Good for you! Hopefully no more CELs on track. Did they fish it with magnet?

Yah! doesn't sound kosher. It's a matter of life and death.
