Will These Tire Sizes Work?

OK so I'm looking at buying some winter tires for my 19" wheels and am hoping to get opinions on sizes. My wheel info is as follows:

Front: 8x19 ET:37
Rear: 9x19 ET:39

Summer tires that came as OEM:

Front: 225/35-19
Rear: 255/30-19

I'm going to go with a square setup. The tires I want only come in a few sizes. The closest being either a:

245/40-19
or
245/45-19

Think these will work on both the front and rear? If not what size should I be looking for in another brand?

Thanks in advance.

Those tires way too tall depending on your setup you might be able to get away with a 245/35r19 or a 255/30r19

Way too tall. You may want to look at other tires that are offered in a smaller profile.

Are you looking for winter 19" tires or something? There are plenty of tires offered in lower profiles that will work, just depends on the type of tire.

Yes. When I punch in my tire size on Tirerack I get zero.

Ya saw those. Wasn't sure if a 235 would be too wide. Also I was looking at getting a studless ice and snow and not a performance winter. Had my eye on the Nokian Hakka R2 or the Michelin XI3.
