What engine?

This may sound silly but what is the engine in my 2007 328xi coupe?
I know of the N52 engine, I know it's not a turbo, I know it's 3L. But does it have the direct injection? The VANOS? Variable valve timing? I understand one version has direct injection but no VANOS because of area constrictions. Also, my car was bought in Canada, now does that make it the 230hp version, or is it a European spec with the higher hp? I thought finding out online would be easy, but there are so many variables.
Any help would be appreciated.

Where is the sticker at under hood area to tell you which version you have? Sulev or ulev...

+1 and what's the difference between ULEV and SULEV. I know what the acronyms stand for, but physically how are they dissimilar?

It just says higher spec in Europe because they have a different system of calculating horsepower..all in all it's the same horsepower so nothing to worry about. Unless you have a cone air filter you'll probably get like 4 more hp.
