If you do end up with the performance kit, let us know how they compare to the PSS9s.
from what I gathered on the forum, the performance kit is not available for the e92 yet.

Awesome -- are you swapping out for the M3 control arms & tension rods too? Might make sense to get them all installed and an alignment done at the same time.

Just the kit right now. Youre going to laugh, but Im actually trying to tone my car down a bit. I even put back the secondary cats last week to quiet down the exhaust some. If I dont like the handling of the kit I might add the M3 bits next year sometime.

I may end up switching out my Eibach springs for this. Linear springs and just a tad lower is what I'm looking for... Review please Fraggy!

Install took forever, apparently the kit comes with like EVERYTHING you need to install it.
Drive back to work was nice, firm, controlled. I just took out some air from the tires to get them to a more realistic psi. I had them at about 37psi with the PSS9s on soft setting. Thats way too much for this kit. Im at about 33-34 now. I will see how that goes on the way home. As far as height, Id say its lower than stock zsp. Before getting the PSS9s, I remember my car sitting considerably higher.

Gesler do you also feel (like Fraggy) that the front is soft but the rear is stiff?

hey stressdoc, i feel the front is pretty stiff too. I am comparing this to ZSP though. With the ride height going down and the handling, I am liking it. True, it is stiff but guess I conditioned myself thinking M3/carrera/etc are even more stiffer.

Alright guys,
I just ordered these springs, but I'm really curious with the comparison between the springs. I would love to find the rates of the performance springs but I don't have a device to read the spring rates. Wouldn't it be possible to get the spring rates of the performance springs based on already knowing the spring rates of the ZSP springs? I'm thinking that I can if the diameter of the springs didn't change from one to the other. The OEM Sport springs have the following rates: Front: 145 lb/in Rear: 460 lb/in

Based on a spring rate calculator, and taking measurements of the springs in the picture, it looks like the performance springs have the following rates:
Front: 181 lb/in Rear: 525 lb/in I'm estimating though.
