it burns new maps on to jb3 chips. i guess that's the new way to get the most up-to-date maps instantly instead of waiting for a chip to be sent to you. however, i still think proceed with the laptop uploading capability is still much easier. either way, just wondering if anyone has used a burner locally. hasnt seen one in person yet

Shhhh............ lol. not really, but with a burner it be a easier/cheaper way to get new map down the road i guess. still a stupid idea if you ask me, why cant they just make it so you can upload map via laptop. i've a feeling it will be available b4 the end of the year. from what i've heard so far on the 1.3 betas, they are real good.. can't wait to see it for myself. |

Can you erase the chip, and reburn it? Or do you need to buy a new chip?
