looks good but too much carbon fiber for my taste. i would have just wrapped the brushed aluminum trim pieces instead. also, the direction of the weave patter is different. i suggest matching them next time.

While I'm not a huge CF fan unless it is the OEM e9x M3 carbon leather trim, I do applaud you for doing accent pieces. I've personally never seen a member mod those before I also agree with Dan, matching the weave, while being nit-picky, really makes it look clean.

Thank you for comments!
I didn't cover silver trim on purpose - kind of like it. And yes, it would put too much cf into interior. I didn't think about matching, however, now I see that it would be much better. |

Cf matched to the color of your car? I think a white car with white cf trim would be amazing

Posting this for richardg:
April 7, 2013 8:00am It's that time of year. Time for our first run of the year. Standard fare. We will start at the usual starting location and end at the usual. For those who have not been to a run before the starting point is in an abandoned parking lot just north of Meijer. Look at the link listed here for a map. We will be ending at the Common Grille in Chelsea Mi. I expect to see a lot of wives and girlfriends. Gathering starts at 8 am. We are having drivers meeting at 8:45 am and departing at 9 am https://www.facebook.com/events/124414351074721/

Has anyone installed a bmw performance exhaust by a indy shop in SE Michigan?
I am going to puchase BMW PE from www.getbmwparts.com and have it installed by a indy shop. Please recommend me a shop with excellent skills and fair price. Thanks. |

I'm switching back to my summer wheels/tires in 3 weeks. Hopefully, no more snow/salt after that. Can't wait!

I have continental extreme contact tires on my stocks now and love them. May do the same tire on those wheels.
