3 more weeks until I get my baby

I'm so excited right now, the beast is lurking somewhere around the Atlantic Ocean on a ship called Fidelio. Expected arrival date is the 3rd week of May. I can't wait to get it..

Question remains, what should I do from now until then?

I put the order in like 10 days ago. heh, so it was just an estimate given to me from the dealer. He said 75 days, sometimes sooner.

Nice specs bro. Why did you choose the 328 over the 335? I first ordered a 328 and but couldn't get over the 335i engine..let me know..

I chose the 328 over the 335 for a couple of reasons. One was I liked the FEEL of the 328 better. It was slightly softer, while still giving great performance. The other... and the main one... was money. I have this issue with keeping my car payments around $500. If I start getting much higher then that, I start thinking "Wow... what else can I do with that extra dough? Guitars? Camera Equipment? A new paint job for the Triumph." etc... so I figured I would go with the 328. And I HATE putting money down on a lease. It's like giving money away. So to keep me at around 500, I let the twin turbo go.

If I stick with Bimmah after my 3 years is up, I may end up with the 335. We'll see.

smart choice man, this is the most that i'd ever spend on a car. i drove both cars and and decided that if i'm going to spend money for fun, might as well as get the 335. knowing me, i probably would get regret every day for the next 3 years and that takes the fun out of it. financial wise, the 328 is a much better choice in my opinion. looking at your options, your car must cost more than a base 335i. did you get a good leasing deal or something?

i remember having to wait that long, i put my order in august 2007, my car came end of october. Ive never wwaited for something that long in my life, every night i would stay up thinkin bout it.

youll get it soon, and the break-in period is gonna bother you as well lol
