Ordered on 5/22 and already sched for production

I'm truly impressed with this whole ordering process. I checked our order status earlier this evening and it was just on order.

I went to check just now and it's scheduled for production

I know the website is a bit slower to update but still, that's pretty quick.

So now we wait to see when it'll be done being made.

Congrats...your CA must have have given you a mature 112 status build slot that was just about the flip to 150 status. You might want to check with the 1-800 number for more timely info and of course to bug your CA.

I've read about this 112 status vs 150 what's that all about? Maybe i'll try a search hehe

*edit* found it...i think i get the gist of the mature 112. So based on that sticky post, 150 is the code for entering production.

its 1-800-831-1117 ... its automated, just say vehicle production status and then say your production number as prompted.

Yep you got it on the 112 vs 150 status...lots of stuff to read here and learn

too bad they dont have live webcam for you to watch your actual car being built...LOL that'd be cool

Awesome...I've had problems with getting my BMW due to some dealer problems, so I placed an order on Friday. I just called the number and they told me it's scheduled for production!

On a side note, on OC, it says it's On Order...when I called the number it says it's SFP...I'm hoping the phone number is more up-to-date.

Called the 800 number this AM and the car will be done on June 6!!!

What state are you in? My dealer told me my car is scheduled to be produced by the 23rd week of the year (June 4th-June 10th) and arriving at the dealership by the 27th week (July 2nd-July 8th).

ahhhhhh...I remember those days.

But...the painful part is just about to arrive. Once it actually gets on the ship....it takes a good 4 weeks to make the journey to the west coast, VPC and then to your dealer. That is soooooooooooo painful, knowing its done....but IN TRANSIT.

Mine is still "scheduled for production" as well. I placed the order last weekend but with the Monday holiday, it didn't get ordered until a week ago today. Let's get going, Munich! Daddy wants a new set of wheels! I'm in Northern CA, so we'll be on the same ship probably! We may be further away than the east coast guys, but we have better weather and roads, so it evens things out.

Just call 800 number - car will be complited on June 12!!!

Status "Shedule for Production" was changed on 06/05/06

Status "Build and awaiting transportation" was changet on 06/11/06

Just wondering...Did your CA give you an approximate date/week as to when your car will arrive at the dealership? My CA told me the car would be completed the 23rd week of the year, which was last week, and that happened. He also told me the car would arrive the 27th week of the year, which is July 3rd - July 7th. I am praying that happens.
