you mean CA, there is no "sales agent" in the BMW dictionary.

I never heard "SA = Sale Agent" in BMW car business. SA is refered as Service Advisor. CA = Client Advisor is the right term used by BMW dealers.

To be honest, I seriously didnt know we have to stick with this "bmw dictionary/business". I guess since we're talking about BMWs I should use the term CA, but i find it to be confusing with Comfort Access as well. So SA, though not an "official" work in the BMW car business, it works for me (and I think many members here know what Im talkin about too).

Hopefully you put the $1,000.00 deposit on a credit card. Just dispute the charge, as you never received the product.

I am no lawyer, but I believe your sales rep is full of crap... technically no car is "unrefundable" until you drive off the lot with it. Because until this point you have not "accepted" the vehicles ownership. Now he could dispute that the $1,000.00 covers his liability for being stuck with the car. However, to do this he would have to prove he could not sale the car for an unusal period of time. Which is not gonna happen.

BTW, all dealers don't verbally give you any discount because the car is not even here yet. Just wait when the e92 hits the showroom, lower prices will be seen. Even though no dealer gives you discount on MSRP now, I can still easily get $1k below MSRP. Therefore, it won't be a surprise when you see $2k below the MSRP in Sept-Oct time frame.

So your Service Advisor can give anyone $1000 over invoice?

I was talking to my CA earlier (here in So Cal) and he told me that he'd open a So Cal Group Buy for European Delivery with $1250 over ED Invoice (if we get more people he might even go lower than that) so if anyone is interested send me a PM so we can get another group going...

Why dont you guys spell out sales advisor,, and what the hell is ED?

These are not common abriviations of words and dont take all that long to type out.

I just call these guys monkeys because thats all they are... The sales manager makes all the deals.

If you ever see abbrevations you can't decipher, feel free to refer to the BMW abbreviations thread - http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11465
