Catch Can - ar design vs. BSH?

Hey everyone, quick question.

I'm considering a catch-can and have been looking at my options. I've done a fair amount of research on the ar design and BSH cans and I'd like to go with one of the two. My dilemma is as follows:

Price and quality of both seem to be right on par.

The BSH uses an aluminum mesh with relatively "large" holes in it that would flow very well, but perhaps trap less oil?

The ar design uses a 5 micron filter which would flow less (I would think?) but perhaps trap more oil.

I'd love to hear feedback from knowledgeable individuals about the pros and cons of each design and make my decision (and hopefully help others make theirs!).

Thanks!
