Unfortunately there is nothing we can do - as we are waiting on customs to clear your HIDs.

If you would like to cancel the order, we will be happy to refund you 100%

Also, I encourage you to check up on our track record... normally, when there are no constraints outside our control, we ship all items in an extremely timely manner - usually within a few hours.

Posting on the forum was probably the least efficient way of handling this. Perhaps you did call our toll free number, perhaps you didn't, but either way... that would have been the best way to get information.

Please contact us to cancel your order.

Customs? Where are they shipping from? If I knew customs was going to be involved I wouldn't have paid extra for faster shipping being customs slows down shipping times. I have dealt with you guys before and know what kind of track record you have. So your email is useless? I emailed the orders department and got no answer. An email telling me that customs was holding up my order would have been a good idea. And this is the vendor review area of the forum so this is the best place to post my "review".

since it is not a 2 day shipping, just refund the guy the difference for 2 days vs regular shipping instead of cancelling the whole order.

Maybe it did get caught in my spam box. I usually check, but I guess I could have missed it. Thanks. Once I get the refund I will edit my original post.

For the ease of accounting, can I issue you store credit for the full shipping amount?

This has 3 benefits:
-We can give you the FULL amount, instead of the difference
-It's easier for our accounting dept.
-It gives us a chance to show you how good our customer service really is, when you order with us again

Please advise if this is ok. If not, I will process the CC refund next week.

Did the jlevi website indicate that the product was not in stock? I always check to make sure anything I order is "in stock" so I can get a good idea of when I should receive the product.

If the website does not indicate "in stock" or "backordered" or "will ship within xx days" I either don't order it, or will contact the vendor to get a better idea.

Usually its a hassle to contact the vendor and wait for reply, adding to the delay, so I end up not ordering if item is not "in stock."
