Winter wheels off this weekend ??

Well that's the wheels ready to put back on after the winter months , so I thought I would treat them to Gtechniq C5 to make it easy cleaning during the summer months !!

Yep, I'm taking my Yoko W Drives and MV3's off and swapping back to my Good Year Aysymetric 2's on BMW 216 wheels newly painted by me so I'll be putting a coat of sealent on and some wheel wax.

Most people on the continent will change mid to late March but I don't drive much at night here so i'll be fine on summers for the warmer day.

What winters were you running?

I found the Yoko's to be superb on the road with their really stiff side walls and were sound in standing water and in deep snow, I got everywhere others couldn't but then I've had winters on my cars for the last 7 years and I'd never not now.

I'm thinking the same, had a few bits and pieces for my car over winter, subtle things but I'm waiting on the wheel swap before sorting

I've just swapped my wheels this morning. Looks so much better with the 18's and no more soggy handling.

I've just put my summer mv3's back on, feel like my car looks like its old self again. I'm grateful for how the winter wheels and tyres kept me going through the snow and ice, but I think my car looks much better with the mv3's on.

It caught my eye as well, looks really good.

What's the best tyre pressure to be running mv3's?? The inside edge on my near side tyre is wearing and I've seen it's a common problem
