Jeez getting service done must be a pain in the butt. Or is there a satellite repair depot there? By the way have you seen the CBC show Republic of Doyle? St. John's looks beautiful in the show.

As far as service goes, it can be a pain, but I knew that going in. I had a cooling fan problem a few months back and had to ship the car back to Hali for repairs. Carless for 2 weeks |

Could join the Bluenose chapter of the BMW of Canada club. It has meetings a few times a year.

halifax here as well, depending on what you are doing to detail your car it is often best to do it yourself, minus paint correction, that is best left to a shop with proper gear.

Cape Breton
old thread..but thought I would revive it. Taking the family to Cape Breton in a few weeks, staying in the north point around St. Margaret/Capstick. Besides the park and whale watching any ideas on what else to do with two teenage boys. Any suggestions on restaurants in the area? Our first time to the area, so we don't know much about it.
