Acerboo - It's a 1980 model, is it a bronze colour LE by any chance?
4,000 miles does it have any documented history to prove so, also was it taken off the road due to any major problems? Has the car been moved often and started, or has it been stood all this time? I'd recommend if she is a Owners Club member she sells it through there, in Enjoying MG if not give me a PM and I can see what I can do (I am an OC member) Will it be sold with MOT? There is one in Enjoying MG this month - 79, red, roadster, original, condition 2, 7500 miles, garaged, dry use only, runs well, waxolyed, O/D, original radio, taxed and MOT'd for £8495 ono so you are in the right ball park.
