06 BMW 330Xi N52: 5th Cylinder Misfire (Please Help)

Hello All, My first time posting. I have a 2006 BMW 330Xi with 80k and am currently having 5th cylinder misfire. I have replaced all the spark plugs, coils and its still misfiring. Got a compression test came out 125 psi on the 5th cylinder . Also got a leak down test and thats good. Swapped one of the injectors for 5 and its still misfiring on 5. The car misfires when idling or stopped at a red light only.

My Mechanic told me, he thinks its the Eccentric shaft and levels are worn. Anyone else think it could be something?
Getting this job done is expensive just want to get your guys opinion

with 80k, there should not be any wear on any of the valvetronic system unless the engine was abused. Everything in the system is roller/needle bearings - almost nothing actually "slides" on any surface. I'm not sure how it could cause a missfire anyway.

What was the compression on the other cylinders?

The compressions on the other cylinders were 155-160psi

That points to a stuck valve - either bent or something is jammed in there.
