The authorized dealer lives in Vancouver, BC so unless he's planning on visiting the east coast soon, you're SOL. It is a fairly simple job though, and he's going to post up more installation videos.

i'm interested in getting a DR400G with the power kit, just wanted to make sure we are getting the one with a 16GB memory card right? and besides connecting the cam to a computer or using an android phone, we can't playback recorded videos in any other way? is the manufacture gonna come up with an iphone app anytime soon?

also, i'd love to get the cam hard wired to my car. i know it looks fairly easy from the video but i still prefer to get help from somebody who's done it before.

1. Yeah it comes with a 16GB microsd card. You can upgrade to a 32GB at your own cost if you want more memory.

2. It comes iwth a video out cable i beleive so you can connect it to a tv or whatever i think??? but the data is stored on the microsd card, you can watch the files through anything that reads the card.

3. I'm participating in the group buy mostly because he's going to help me install it. I've seen him install it on to another clients car and it doesnt look too bad but yeah, rather have him do it as he's got a bit more experience.
