COBB Sport Springs???

Has anyone had experience with the COBB Springs for the 335i? At first glance they appear to be a possible alternative to spending five times as much on coilovers for us drivers who are looking for a little lower stance and better handling.

I read it as they are compatable and tuned for the OEM sport shocks. Does that sound right?

No, I don't think so. These springs are shorter and firmer than the OEM springs and are likely not mean't to be matched with the OEM struts and shocks. They will work with the stock struts and shocks, but the ride will not be good and there will be premature wear on the struts and shocks. If you want to do things the right way, you should look into some new struts and shocks that are meant to be paired with lowering springs.

I'm looking at these too, as well as Eibach, and beleive they are matched well to stock sport struts/shocks.

SPRING RATES
e90 ZSP or e92
Front: 145 lb/in
Rear: 460 lb/in

Cobb/Eibach (both the same)
COBB Sport Springs
1.4"/1" Lowering
F: 148 lbs/in
R: 456 lbs/in

But I won't pretend like I know much more than what I've found.
