NEW Century BMW

what can i say about them?? Originally i ordered my car from Assael BMW in Arcadia but it was damaged upon delivery. They told me that they can order another and didnt even offer any extra options. Pissed as i was, i took Long's advice and went to New CENTURY BMW in Alhambra and found a great deal getting 300 on the invoice. However, when my car arrived today, i was disappointed to see that they had marked the wrong option on the trim. Instead of the Dark Burl wood trim that i ordered, i was stuck with the Aluminum brush trim. Originally this was my first choice. The dealered kept persuading me that Aluminum trim fitted me as a young college student. He then offered to give me the chrome exhaust tips and an extra set of rubber floor mats. Putting my foot down, i refused!!! I asked him for the alarm system to be given to me but he said he needed to talk to his advisor. Awhile later, he gave me great news and was able to give me the alarm system. =D OUt the door the car was 38100. THanks long for the great advice. I wouldnt have gotten these mad hookups if it werent for u. I came out of the dealership with exhaust tips, 2 sets of carpet, alarm system and lastly my first brand new car =D

Glad it all worked out. I'd still be upset if I got a brand new car configured in a different way though. Maybe if you just switch out the trim to CF, it'll be as if it never happened...lol. Congrats on the purchase.

And Fu** Assael. They are the WORST dealer for sales and service. Just my opinion...

I don't know if this helps but my brother and a friend went to New Century yesterday and they offered 1k off MSRP for the coupe and 1500 off for the sedan. In case you are planning to negotiate hopefully these figures give you some sort of starting point. I purchased my 330i there last year their service is so so but they gave me a pretty good deal. If you agree on a price make sure to get written confirmation as they tried to add 700 on the final contract so beware.

Has anyone gone to New Century for service? I went to Newport before when I was an undergrad at UCI and they always added 20 miles to my car when I had it in for service. Hopefully NC BMW doesnt' do this.

Just thought I had to add this in. They're a great dealership and always provided me with the best service. Our family has been working with Steve Han exclusively and he always gave competitive prices. As for service, I haven't tried any other place besides ASSael but New Century never disappointed me.

they only offered me 500 off the coupe plus the long wait and 2000 off the sedan, they really wanted to sell me the sedan but i really wanted the coupe then i settled for the bigger sedan i agree, if you do your homework you can be in and out in less than an hour, they don't bullsh*t with you if they know you're well informed. their service dept is pretty good too, ask for scott as the SA.
