Hello guys,

I really need your help or advise. I placed a order for Iconz wheels last november-december and paid 2500$ in advance in January. Still have no pics of process, no wheels, no money back. A few months ago Daniel @ Modcity told me to talk straight to Iconz and during the first month I got promises and replies pretty quick. Now all I get is that we were out office / busy at SEMA and a question that what should they do with the parts and what kind of refund am I thinking of plus it takes them 1-2 weeks to reply.

I am fed up! I have all e-mail conversations and a credit card authorization form which is dated and says that the wheels will be delivered by April 2012.

I need help, I want my money ASAP.

P.S. Mods, can this be viewed on other models forum (M-forums/1/3/5/7-series) too and please move this thread to the right section if this one is wrong.

Wow, why did you wait so long to take action if the wheels were expected in April?

Also did you buy the wheels directly from Iconz or from "Modcity"?

Thanks. I don't know though, because it has been almost a year, but I will ask.

If you bought them from modcity they are responsible for reimbursing you. Its their problem to recoup the money from Iconz if said company went bankrupt

Iconz know about my order. I have tried to reach Daniel several times but every time he is out of office and someone else answers the phone. I left my phone number but he has never called back.

I ordered from them several years ago, and Daniel was my same rep. Took me almost 3 to 4 months to get mine and even during then all I got was a run around on status and information. Made me weary as hell and even afterwards. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Hope you get your money back! Best bet is to forget about the wheels, and dispute with your CC company.
