Yes. To make sure you would not have any rubbing, just make sure you have at least 1/2" extra clearance between your stock tire and your strut. Worse case you would need put on a spacer.

smaller diameter wise than stock, no issues. with stock offsets, a 245 will clear the strut so you won't need a spacer.
