How to polish/refurbish the piano black interior

My e92 coupe has piano black interior instead of aluminum, it is rather good looking, but annoyingly, it's very easy to get scratchy, especially on the console board, changing gears and turning Idrive buttons...does anyone knows any good ways to refurbish the interiors ? Thanks a lot!!!

What part of the interior are you referring to? The leather?

i'd go with a very light polish like po85rd on a finishing pad. if it doesn't work, move up to a light polishing pad.

maintain it by using a glaze because it will be impossible to keep spotless with everyone touching it and clothes brushing against them.

For the record. Fellow formers

Paino black. Not piano

Just happens to look like a piano finish

Really hard to maintain

Maybe buffing it

It's the parts on the console board, by default it's aluminium, the previous owner of my car chose to have it personalized.

This is exactly what I am trying lately, it seems to have some effects, but it is really not easy because the surface is not flat and very small, thinking about to take the whole console trim out and do it on my desk top...

oh yeah i can't imagine trying to polish the trim while it's still on the car

Take it out, its not that hard. Get a trim removal kit first tough, you will save yourself heartache from damaging the trim.
