Question for the stance crowd??

I'm able to obtain some bbs e88 18x11.5 inch barrels and I'm not really savy on building wheels but will the lip and face add more length? I'm assuming if they do they at the minimum would add an inch? Curious because I would like to stay at the most 12.5 in width in total for the rears but if that is not possible then I'll make whatever width work lol. Also another question and I couldn't find any examples on google of this on an e90 but with all I asked of these measurements I asked for the rears, has anyone's attempted 12.5 fronts? The seller in on contact with has four barrels although I'm quite sure if they're equal width but I figured id just ask just incase this is the outcome. Currently waiting a response about the other two.
