Need Help Please with price for 2008
I am still looking for a used 335 sedan and have now found an 08 with 17,500 miles with premium and sport, paddle shifters and certified. The car is in great condition inside and out. It is at a BMW dealer and they are asking 36,000. What should I offer to pay for this vehicle? Should I base it upon Kelly Blue Book retail pricing, or should I use the private party pricing from KBB? I was thinking somewhere around 33,000???
The second one I am looking at is an 08 with 16,000 miles no certifiation premium, sport, paddle shifters and navigation, offered at $35,900 from a non BMW delership. This car is also in great shape inside and out. Would a 33,000 offer on this vehicle be about right? Thanks for your help |

Car 1- I'd say push for around 32k
Car 2- 31k My opinion......I am a hard negotiator others may disagree. Start with an offer lower than those numbers. Like 27k. From there come up until you hit those numbers or when they give in. Last edited by Nick1214; 11-01-2009 at 04:55 PM.. |

I recently picked up two 2008 535i quite well equipped for under $$37k and $33.8k Both had roughly ~20k miles on them. They weren't certified, both were lease turn-ins.
You got yourself a LOUSY deal. you need to start pushing below $30k IMO |

They are made in the factory.... Low ball them... Worst comes to worst you don't get that car and find the same exact thing for a cheaper price...
Hahah "Worst comes to worst"- thats not even bad... Like I said: they are made in the factory. |
