Introduction post - Mach V Motorsports
Hi Mid-Atlantic folks,
Some of you I've met already. I'm Dan from Mach V Motorsports in Sterling, VA. We've been in business for 13 years. We started our working on turbo Mitsubishi and Subaru cars, and the Subarus are still a big part of our business. We've been serving the MINI community for the last four years, and have been working on more and more E90 3-series cars, so we've set up a parts catalog for that car and are now an official vendor here on E90Post. Front of the shop Some Subaru work Showroom We've got a full-service shop with a big showroom, two service bays, an alignment rack, wheel and tire mounting, and an AWD Dynojet dyno. We do just about anything that needs doing on a car, from simple bolt-on installs to dyno tuning to custom exhaust fabrication. About the only thing we don't do is engine and transmission rebuilds. Random meet photo We host a pretty good meet. We have open house events about four times a year, and some of those are really big -- hundreds of cars, traffic jams coming into the neighborhood. It's a good time. Our summer meet is a charity event benefiting Big Brothers/Big Sisters. We also host dyno days -- tomorrow happens to be one. I know there's another local dyno day tomorrow, but if you're local to us and want to get your car on the dyno, give us as call. We'd be happy to set up a BMW-specific dyno day in the future, or if you guys just need a place to meet, we could do something, too. We sponsor an annual track day, too, in the fall. It's usually the last NASA HPDE event at Summit Point in late October/early November. Here's our shop MINI. This is the 2009 335i we acquired recently. So anyway, that's the introduction. Stop by the shop any time -- we're open weekdays 9:30-5:30, and Saturdays 12-5. Thanks, Dan |

Mach V is a first rate shop. They did the alignment on my 335 after I installed the KW V1s.....and re-did it after I hit a piece of a car on 495.
Their techs are intelligent and nice. Wonderful shop....glad to see them getting into the BMW market.

Welcome. Mach V is a good shop. I know a lot of people who have taken there cars there, and I had some suspension work done there when I had a JDM car. Glad to see you all in the Bimmer business now.

Awesome! Welcome to the forum Dan and Mach V. I've purchased a couple of Subaru parts from you before and was very happy with the customer service your team provided!
I need some new exhaust tips welded onto my stock e92 muffler. Can you PM me an estimate on how much you would charge for that service? Thanks!

Welcome.
How much do you charge to install front lowering spring perches? I just ordered the front perches from Supreme and I am looking for a place to install them. Supreme charges $99 but they are on the west coast Also do you offer any Hamman or other style front aero lips/dams for the non m sport e90 LCI? Thanks |

I know Dan from the Evo world, and my brother in law went to him for a custom turbo set up on his STi a while ago. Stand up guy!
