The 255 is bare bones so you’ll need the reqd. fuel line (gates submersible), bundy fittings, clamps, etc. Go over to Terry’s forum and check out what AZSteve is doing. He will get you what you need.

Thanks for posting this. I have been waiting on a drop in replacement for too long and my stock LPFP is getting awfully tired. I think I'm going to go with this setup as soon as it is ready.

Why some people go with 255 and some go with 455 walbro?
Is it enough flow with 255 ?
I plan to tune for e60 mix .

Either pump will flow enough to support E60 on stock frames. 255 installs inline so you don't need to mess with the bucket. Far easier to install and requires no upkeep. The E85 specific pump outflows the inline pump but again they'll both support E60.

can I buy all the rest stuff (fuel line (gates submersible), bundy fittings, clamps) in any shop, market ?
or is it specific and I need to buy it in some exact place?

Curious as I really haven't researched this topic too much, but eventually I will be running E85 after, 1) I upgrade my turbos, 2) a new E85 fuel station is finally finished locally: What are the pros and cons of a Walbro E85 pump install versus the GSL392?

It seems since the E85 pumps is designed specifically to handle E85 that would be the optimal choice, but it appears most still install the GSL392 pump instead, hoping for the best that it doesn't prematurely fail due to E85 fuel.

I'm holding out hope that someone like DW, Walbro or other will make an upgrade that we can put in the bucket and it fits like stock, that would be optimal! It has happened on other platforms so I'm hoping it happens here also!

Highly doubt it. The only way that's gonna happen is if someone rebuilds the bucket from the ground up and sells it as a drop-in solution = $$$$. It seems as though the second you start pulling apart pieces within the stock bucket itself, the more chance for problems to arise...that's why, as mentioned, peeps just go with the inline and be done with.

The Walbro 255 in an addition to the fuel system. It works in tandem with the LPFP you already have in your car.

That's basically the Walbro 450 LPH (E85) pump upgrade.

If people are waiting for an OEM-like upgrade, wait for CPE to release their Billet Fuel Hat upgrade. It was announced at SEMA last year they would be doing one for the N54, and the one they retail for the 5.0/Coyote Mustangs looks beautiful.

I installed the walbro 255 inline and my fuel pressure is still barely above 50psi..... Think the install was wrong? I have to put race gas to use my 20psi map on the rb's.

Possibly. What were you seeing prior to the install? You may need to get a new LPFP as well as the inline which is what I did.
