When you open your driver door, look at the label. Will list recommendations for your exact vehicle.

On my staggered OEM 18 inch setup
With style 189

Recommended is
34 fr
42 bk

Mind you these are for Run Flats
I still use Fac Spec With summer non Run Flats
Although ,Some argue this is slightly low if used for Non Run Flats

18x8
18x8.5

If I had sq setup

I'd run 38 psi all around

Tire sidewall says not to exceed 40psi. This is also on staggered 18s on 189s... oem tires...

I filled up today at 37 fr 39 rear HOT. I'll check them later when they're cold.

What I'd normally do is fill them up a bit extra at a gas station by my house. Then the next morning, I'd just purge them and get my goal PSI.

I am going from memory, but I believe the door sticker on my 2007 328i coupe with sport package indicates 32 psi front 33 psi rear for the stock Potenza RE050A RFT tire size of 225/40/18 and 255/35/18. However, in small font, they advise 36 or 37 psi front 39 or 40 psi rears for "extended use at speeds in excess of 100 mph." Based on the condition of roads in my area, the ride is pretty intolerable at at the higher pressure levels so I run 33 psi front and 35 psi rear. Hardly a scientific approach, but the ride feels good and I have never had an issue with uneven wear on my tires.

These are bridgestones. It's what I read off the tire at a quick glance. Will definitely check again; that does seem low.

That's what my door panel says. Of course the car came with 17"s standard.
