I have never liked the E92, and thought the E90 looked better. Especially after the LCI.
I rank them E90 LCI > E91 LCI > E92 > E90 > E91 But with the F30, I didnt really like the look, and rated the F31 better looking. This however storms to the front!! Love it from all sides. The AE's and rear lights look particularly good! |

The back end is truly horrendous, what the f*ck is that all about!
It's a shame, the rest looks really good, still looks are subjective,so I'll no doubt be in the minority on that score. Fail.

Looks like a mash of the F30 front, e92 side and 6 series esque rear.
Not keen on all that "gape" at the rear - looks like something kia would do. But potentially this will look really nice in production |

Looks great to me ............. totally normal scenario that drivers of the current car don't like the replacement and then in 3 or 4 years time will be driving one.

might grow on me but I dont like the bonnet line, the front bumper/splitter and the rear does look like a mess. Would need to really see it in the flesh as the F30 looks much better in the flesh than in pics. I also thought the f31 looked much better in real life.

Bare in mind this is a concept, in my opinion, the rear end (bumper/diffuser/exhaust arrangement) will be changed for something a lot more conventional. My reasoning?
I present to you the rear end of the 6 series 'concept': And how the production car looks: It hardly takes a huge leap of faith to expect them to rationalise the rear of the 3er just as they did on the 6er....

Just needs some neon afterburner lights to sart to glow intensely in those rear vents, when I have activated both of my turbos (fingers crossed there will be a 335D). I like it. Keep the conservative looks for the saloon, push the boat out a bit for the Coupe. Though BMW will probably move the price point up too ... D.

I still can't get my head around the horizontal shut-line of the bonnet; it now seems to be obligatory across all Series.
