I just recently bought phoenix yellow paint to do the rears....

Did you notice that the OEM Pads create tones of brake dust? Gonna see how the hawk pads perform compared to the OEMs.

Look in the 1addicts forum. If someone goes with bbk, they might sell their stock callipers.

If you could find a bigger rotor that fits, that would be a perfect setup. Other than that, no modifications.
Ran into this exact problem. If you find a rotor with the correct diameter, let me know. The 135 rotor is also too deep and will not center in the caliper correctly. I've actually have a few track days on these brakes. There's a "shelf" that builds because of the part of the pad that doesn't contact the rotor. Hasn't caused me any issues as of yet, but it would be nice to have a rotor that worked properly. The other alternative is to have someone trim the pad.

Here are the perfect sizes:

338x26 rotors for the front.
ECS http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E82-135...ors/ES2550968/
OEM http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E82-135...ors/ES2102485/

There are other aftermarket brands that carry them, you can choose from drilled, slotted or cross drilled.

For the rear 324x22

I have tried the ones that BMW makes for 135 but they won't fit 3 series. Why? I am not sure, the mechanic told me that the brake shoe is different. You will loose the handbrake if you do the swap.
IMO, the best bet is to find a similar size or one close to 324x22 that is made for 3 series. maybe 320x22 or 325x25.

I am using Zimmermann 300x20 now. Because i bought them brand new, i want to use them for a while first, until the fronts need to be changed, then i will change all four corners (which should be after this summer).

When i change the four corners, i will try 325x25 for the rears to see if they work.
http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Rotors/ES1892428/

IF ANYONE IS WILLING TO GIVE THEM A TRY BEFORE ME, PLEASE CONFIRM FITMENT ON THIS POST.

I have performance fronts, and 135 rears. They are the same callipers.

I don't think having smaller diameter rotors is a good idea for a brake pad that is larger.

Couple things,
- you will start creating a lip on the pad where the unused portions touches.
- a new pad, a good chunk of its braking ability happens towards the outside of the pad (furthest away from hub). This may be something you will feel when trackign the car etc.

The xi ebrake show diameter is the same size as the 335 (I have 335 setup on mines straight bolt on).

Hope all works out for ya guys. The upgrade is amazing (even for 335 oem brake systems)

^ agree with your point, that's the main concern of the swap. Everyone refering to this thread should be aware of this. I woulnt track my car until I find a rotor size that fits and works flawlessly.

I already did track it lol. 3 times too. It's fine so far but I more worried that the two pad "lips" will touch eventually or will break off.

Do u know how much space between the rotor and pad? Does it enough for the extra 3mm if I use that 325x25 rotors? If it does, I would like to have a try.

Unfortunately, I didn't measure the exact space between pad and rotor.
