I've used Ptf and have actually been a bit disappointed. I expected better responsiveness given the amount I paid for a dyno tune.

well its tough to say, either you have major throttle closures due to over-boost or because you had traction control on.

try to do another log with traction control completely off, 3rd gear pull only and reset the data log lists. to better help, re-read the 1st page of this thread. it explains how to log so we can better assist you.

Also what fuel are you running? Which MAP and what are your Mods?

Thank you! I have downpipes and FMIC, running stage 2+ aggressive on 93 pump gas. I had traction control off, but the road was a bit slippery...

I am not comfortable doing a 3rd gear pull on the street so I'll try to do another one in 2nd.

you have an Auto Trans correct? When you had throttle closures I didn't see your Pedal Pos. drop at redline. which leaves me to believe you are an AT. Unless i missed something.

but otherwise no, throttle closures are not normal in your case.

2nd gear is too fast of a log. not under enough heavy load. But safety is first. I would recommend a road you can do a 3rd gear on. Long and flat.

We're talking about 100 mph right? Not sure I can do this safely to be honest.

Yes redline 3rd gear pull you'll reach 95+. Over a hundred if you shift into 4th.

I just got the Cobb V3 about a week ago, and flashed Stage 1 Sport maps to the car.

Could some one take a look at my log and let me know how it looks? I'm pretty new at this but I'm learning it slowly. The log was taken in 3rd gear with a little bit of 4th gear as well, 91 octane. Link: http://datazap.me/u/mycarhasredwheel...little-bit-4th

If I'm correct, It looks like it is overshooting the boost targets in some places pretty badly, which is causing throttle closures. The car has brand new turbos on it, with about 2,000 miles on them, so that I'm assuming thats why.

I am not sure about the rest of the log though. If someone could take a look at it and let me know I would appreciate it!

You're correct about the overboosting issue and the brand new turbos are a probable cause. Timing is a little noisy but it's not that bad(Fix the boost issue and the timing drops may be alleviated.) Other than that it looks ok.

not sure what's going on here are you trying to maintain speed or something ? maybe I didn't read something above but this data log is useless unless your trying to log a specific problem .

All I did is I cut off the second gear info from the top of the run. I was asked for a 3rd gear pull, so that's what I did. Now I realize though that perhaps I needed to put it in DS and start pulling from low rpms instead of leaving it in D and allowing the downshift...

He is data logging to see if his OTS MAP Stage 2 Agg. is fit for his car.

i didn't look at your log, but you must do a log starting at 2500 RPM, go WOT till 6500 RPM. That is a log that you should do when first trying out the MAPs.

You'll need to try and start your pull much lower. You are seeing some timing corrections but as VneBLOB said it very well may be related to the down shift. Without seeing a full log I don't want to give any advice just based on what I've seen here.

Manually put the car in 3rd and go WOT as quickly as you can without hitting the kickdown. VNeBLOB has posted an awesome and cheap kick down blocker you could use
