Blacklines are only for E90's. Did you mean his tails were tinted?

Last night around 11pm i saw a white e90 with black lines down at fishermans warf pier 39 area.

In san jose in front of some pho restaurant, montego blue 335i e90 quad exhaust, csl trunk, and i think csl rims wasn't sure, m tech bumpers

Black pre LCI e90 on 280 south with black lines, black grills, and yellow DRL. I was in the Arctic e90 with giant sticker on the right side of my rear windshield that drove away from that traffic.

I've never seen a blue e90 with those mods in this area but I live in that area. Also, I own Pho54.

Oh it wasn't at pho54 it was some other one down like 2 more blocks. It was right next door to titan insurance or something. Also, the exhaust tips were black.
