Unhappy Cylinder Misfires in Cylinders 4, 5, and 6

Reaching out on these forums as a final resort. I have a 2007 335i that I have had nothing but problems with since I bought it last year. I’m new to the N54 platform and none of my friends have knowledge in the field. The beemer has a rough idle, with misfires in 4, 5, and 6. Along with that, when I attempt to do a pull, it’ll give me cylinder injection cutout and I have to pull over and restart the car. I replaced the hpfp last year as well as the o2 sensors recently.

Some of the modifications are 17t turbos (no clue what brand, but I suspect are cheap Chinese ones), fbo’s, 2” inlets, stepped intercooler, one step colder NGK plugs, Elder coils, 11 and 12 injectors (I don’t know which injectors are in which cylinders), and a Tial bov. Your average mods.

I had bought the car and drove it for months without knowing it had a bad 2nd o2 sensor after the cat. When the code popped up on my MHD Code list, I had it fixed hoping it would fix the rough running/idling. Now after driving it for a day, it still misfires like a bitch when idling but seems to be running better. I made a log today in hopes that maybe someone on here could help me pinpoint the issue. Maybe I should start with looking at the injectors? Help would be appreciated, I really enjoy this car.

The lpfp seems too low at boost, but rail pressure is decent. It could be the lpfp pump or sensor

Interesting. Previous owner mentioned having problems with the lpfp and had the pump replaced. He also mentioned he had not known about the lpfp sensor. It wouldn’t hurt to replace the sensor and see if it helps, though I know it’s a pain to get to. I also now know that only cylinder 1 and 6 have the index 12 injectors.

I'm sure the injectors are supposed to match on each bank.

What error codes are you getting through MHD?

Multiple cylinder misfires which only pop up when in wot getting up to redline, followed by cylinder injection cutout. When this occurs, I pull over, turn off the car, then turn it back on and it drives like prior. The car misfires while idling as well as I mentioned above. Here is my last reading, only cylinders 4 and 5 misfired this time apparently.
