Dumb Question: Do 16" e9x wheels fit on LCI 328's ?

Looks like the LCI cycle influenced the brakes on the e9x cars a little bit.

Early cars have slightly smaller front rotors (300mm) than the later cars (312mm). Front caliper castings are also different, later ones "look" like they take up more space.

Anybody ever mounted e9x 16" OE wheels (e.g. #156's) on an LCI 328?

Starting to keep my eyes open for a replacement e91 and have acquired 10x #156's that are all round and true. I like my 16"ers, they have saved me a lot of bent wheels are I prefer the highway ride on the little 205/55-16 tires... But I'm not sure they will fit on an LCI car.

My 2010 E91 has 16" factory wheels, code #360. You can still bend a 16" wheel.

Awesome, Thanks.

Nothing is foolproof, but that 55 series sidewall with non-runflats has a LOT more margin for impact than a 17 or 18, let alone anything with RFT tires.

Trying to find two full sets plus spares of a 17" wheel would be a pain in the butt, and probably expensive by the time I got them all running true.

And of course my collection of #156s is virtually worthless on the secondary market.

Well, you just have to have the right fool driving the car.

Best thing I've done for my car was getting rid of the runflats.
