Is my ccc dying?

Over past few weeks have had some weird things happening, replaced ccc over a year ago with a used unit due to original one dying

When car is cold started in the ac display and the cluster it will display Fahrenheit for about 10 seconds then switch to Celsius which is what I have set

A couple days ago started my car and the ccc language was set to German when it’s always been English
