Where do you plug the adapter ... to the usb in the glovebox or the one in the arm rest.
Is there a list of things than can be done.
I have a 2010 lCI E92 335i N55. DO I need the cable or the wifi connector and will it work on my car.

cheers
You plug the adapter into the OBD plug (on e90 located at right hand side near hood release) For a LCI you don't need the cable, either bluetooth or WIFI adapter depending on if you use an android device or iPhone.

Has anyone successfully removed the door chime/dong for seatbelt warnings?

I could not find the module to remove it last night when I downloaded the lite version, before I bite the bullet and pay for the app.

Yep definitely. It was the first thing i did.

It stops the ding when you start the car without a seatbelt or drive off without a seatbelt. You still get the little red dash symbol though, which is fine.

Is it like the one Socket posted a photo of? If so, I'll take it off your hands next time you're in Sydney

Apologies if this is a thread jack. If anyone is interested I have a standalone virtualmachine setup with BMW standard tools. You can copy the image onto any laptop and start using it. These are more factory level tools with much more capability so well worth getting into.

Includes INPA, NCSExpert, Tool32, WinKFP. I also have BMW TIS (Service manual) and WDS (wiring diagram system) installed on another virtual machine. The only requirement is a decent laptop and a $20 ebay K+DCAN INPA cable. It isn't that user friendly but the capabilities make up for it. The hardest part is getting the install working.

The install is quite large but if you are in Melbourne you can bring a hard drive and get it off me free of charge (eastern suburbs). I am also going to the dyno day on Aug 22 so you could get it off me then also.

Just under 51GB. Its a VirtualBox vm although you can probably convert it to whatever you want.

I have purchased the adaptor 4 weeks ago, I still haven't received it.
And when I track the item, it said that there is no such item....

May I ask if anyone of you here experienced this before?

*i have sent many emails to Carly already but they just keep saying "wait for a few days"
So, I HAVE tried all my best to liaise to the seller already, and thus asking people purchasing experience with Carly only. I have also asked Auspost but they said that they couldn't help.
