2008 335i Sedan --- Good Price???

Is this a good buy?

I like it in that it is alpine white, nice interior,sports package, and low miles.
If I buy it I will immediately put some 19" wheels, tint the windows, and black out the grill.

The bad is that it is not under warranty. Does anyone know what my options are so that I can be sure that it is mechanically sound? Can I just take it to a BMW dealership for a check? How much does that usually cost? Also, I don't like the wood trim, but I can get that covered or replaced.

WAY to expensive In my opinion....should be $20k or max $21.....
