My boyfriend goes to school here. My family also lives near here, I'm originally from CT. I can't stand living in the same place for more than a couple years.

Well, depending on the size of a place. $1900 really isn't that bad at all down here in SoCal for something that looks as nice as that. The view/location will always charge you a premium.

True. I've never rented a really nice/luxury apartment, so I'm unfamiliar with the market rates. But $1900, OMFG!

Yeah, it's almost a small mortgage payment down here. $1900 is nothing to laugh at.

Looks like you're near the World Trade Center area. Our company's HQ are in Seaport just across from the Seaport Hotel. I usually stay over in the financial district on the opposide side of the harbor. Anyways, nice place. Enjoy the views...
