Rosetta Stone...i used/using it for spanish and it works REALLy well, it does it the same way as actually being over there it just emerses you in it, shows you pics and tells you the word. So you can associate the word with the pic and figure out what it means, so there are no actual translations.

(i usually park on the lower levels - had some experience with door dings and lime deposits on my car from parking on the first level..beware!).

In boston...buying a house or condo is not cheap. I lived there for over 4 years....in coolidge corner. You are not going to get anything remotely nice for a mortgage of $1900 a month. Ya gotta love New England...they price out their real estate like they think they're on South Beach. I lived in Rhode Island and spent a lot of time in Boston and I love the city when it's not cold but it sure is expensive to live up there. I have less heartburn about paying alot in living expenses when it's warm and sunny 10 months out of the year.
