a few things for you:

1. As mentioned, turn off DSC and DTC for maximum performance. The light doesn't always flash even though power is being cut. Be careful though as the nannies are now off.
2. Reload your firmware AND the latest aggressive maps (stage 2 if you don't have your DCI installed yet, stage 3 if you do).
3. Run the stock settings on the maps and then repost your logs.

My Rev3 came with the 7-29 map loaded and my car hated them. I reloaded the firmware and the aggressive maps and it was back to ripping as usual.

i don't think you can get a 3 series in the US without cruise. so not an issue here.

You should be able to make most of the adjustments, resets, etc through the procede user tuning interface via your USB to PC. so you don't really need the cruise.

I have made some adjustments to the 5-29 maps, but that's mostly just fuel trims which is only adjustable through your PC anyway. i only made them after i datalogged and saw that changes were needed. Load the 5-29 maps, log, and then post. Shiv or others will post up and give you suggestions.

Do a manual 3rd gear pull with the DSC OFF completely from 2500 to 6800 rpms and post it up.

you would get better response if you learned how to graph the logs via procede with the right channels and post a picture of it here. check other procede logs posted here for reference.

first check how other people are setting up the logs with the right channels. also ONLY post 3rd-4th gear and not 30 minutes of logging driving around. than take a print screen, save it on your desktop as jpeg and load it up to photobucket.com or something.

Ok i'll try. I made only changes my friends, who already using procede adviced me to do. Concerning boost onset, i decided to use shiv's advice and to make my car run more like stock, what's why i put 50 in here.

It is possible to view my logs in the way i have attached it?????? I suppose i may have some problems with fuel trims??

Hello,
I had problems running stage 3 maps with a stock airbox.
Run only stage 0, stage 1 maps when you use a stock airbox.

DCI filters will fix your problems.

For all measurements you need to look at log results that fit this parameter:
CAN DBW Throttle Actual Position 100%
At or above 3rd gear
---
AFRs that settle down to between 13 and 10.
Ignition Correction above 3 or 4.
Fuel Trims that stay below 33 staying 25 and under.

jackjohnes--I just responded to your email from yesterday. Long and short, I recommend that you use the default user adjustable settings. Please don't make any changes until you understand what those changes do. There is nothing wrong with the default values. Also, please do not run a higher stage map if you are still running with the stock airbox. That upgrade is not optional as the stock airbox presents a very serious choke point for the stock turbos running upwards of 14psi.

So, if i put 16psi from 2000 rpm it doesn't mean i get them?

You suppose i have to try use last maps without any changes to them???

One more question - How you guys without cruise (i don't have it on my car) use vishnu command center????
Unfortunately, without a cruise control stalk you will not be able to access the Vishnu command center

you should run stage 2. the problem is on the upper rpm. why asking anyway since you have a dci on its way?

I'm not sure where I read it, but I believe shiv mentioned a full reset was the fix for the first half of the log drop out bug (So hard to keep track of all this random stuff spread through the forums, huh?).

This is unconnected to his lack of DCIs.

Is his only respite to buy a BTCable or K+DCAN to perform these resets?

I believe this is the quote. It may have been stated elsewhere....

Resetting adaptions through the command center isn't necessary by any mean. The one thing you should do when updating to a new firmware/map is a Procede Reset which is done through the user tuning software. Even if you didn't do that, simply turning off ignition and waiting 30 seconds before turning it back on accomplishes the same thing.
