HELP! BBS CH Hubcentric Rings
I recently bought some BBS CH from another forum member. Unfortunately he did not include the hubcentric rings. Even after balancing, there is a slight vibration. I think its because of the absence of these rings. What size are the ones I need? I measured the inner diameter of the wheel hub at ~82mm. Is this correct? BBS CH owners please chime in!

Bought it off a guy with an E92. I measured it last night and it seems to be around 82mm. Is that correct?

82mm seems quite large, you may want to measure them again with your caliper tool. Here is a chart you can refer to and I never seen an 82mm center bore before.
3 E36/M3 91 to 99 5x120 35 to 42offsets 72.6 3 E46/Z3 1.8 after 98 5x120 35 to 45offsets 72.6 3 Series E30 86 to 91 4x100 15 to 18offsets 72.6 5 Series E34 87 to 95 5x120 15 to 24offsets 72.6 5 Series E39 95 to 03 5x120 15 to 24offsets 74.1 5 Series E60 after 03 5x120 15 to 24offsets 72.6 7 Series E32 87 to 94 5x120 15 to 24offsets 72.6 7 Series E38 94 to 02 5x120 15 to 24offsets 72.6 7 Series E65 after 02 5x120 15 to 24offsets 72.6 8 Series E31 90 to 99 5x120 15 to 24 72.6 M3 E30 89 to 92 5x120 15 to 25offsets 72.6 M3 E46 after 00 5x120 15 to 40offsets 72.6 M5 Series E39 after 99 5x120 15 to 24offsets 74.1 X5 after 00 5x120 50offsets 72.6 Z4 after 03 5x120 37 to 45offsets 72.6 If the person you bought the rims from own an E92, there's a slight possibility that the rims may need to be balanced properly with Road Force. |

basically if you car needs a hub ring it will require 74.1 to 72.56
is either that size or your wheel has to be hub centric. sometimes when you buy used wheels is good to drive their car with the wheels on as it can be a vibration that the prev. owner never fix. like a out of round wheel or bent wheel. but i do wish you the best in hopes that the proper hub rings and road force balance will do the trick. ( by the way the road force balance will let you know if its a wheel deffect) |

I drove with my bbs ch 19" rims without hubsentric rings for two years before i bought for mine... slight vibration. Thought it was something wrong with the tires. With my new kumho tires and rings there are no vibration what so ever...
