Question Need help! Flat winter tire, should I change 1 or 2 tires infront?

Quick question all, my front passenger site is flat (225/45/17 all around). I am thinking of replacing it with my OEM 18". I have an an xi, would it screw up the transfer case if I use my 18s? Should I change both fronts or will it be fine with just one side? (Front Driver side). I am going to replace my tire in few days so just wondering right now for temporary purposes. I am working on this right now.

The tire calculator up top says it would be over 3% difference so I would actually change all 4 to your stockers until you get a patch.

Have you taken the flat tire to a shop to see if it can be repaired?
