Anyone try the Eibach Pro-System kit?

After watching

I decided to get this kit... guess I figured I didn't need all the adjustable options of a coilover setup.

I'll report what I find against the E90 regular suspension setup soon...[u2b][/u2b]

I only have Eibach Pro springs on my E92 and I like it. It lower the car a bit but not over.
Compare to my stock sport I can't feel too much difference on ride quality
on local street driving. My wife feel the same way. But I do feel a little
more responsive when get it going from stop. I guess that's because less
fore/after motion. What does the system kit include ?

That is awesome how they compare the different suspensions.

One thing to note is that they compare it to the REGULAR suspension, not the Sports suspension. It definitely is biased, and I suspect that many other Spring / Shock + Spring / Coilovers can do similar if not same or better.

I asked if anyone's tried this kit, because it seems that everyone either does just springs or a whole coilover. I think I only found one post of someone who did a shock + spring kit from H&R called Cupkit or something.

I guess I'll find out how it rides and all soon enough.

I like how on the wet braking test, the driver counter-steers sooner, and significantly more on the two cars with eibach springs, than he did on the car with the stock springs

It should also be noted that they changed wheels and presumably tires on the test cars

What has to be true is the first two tests with slalom body roll / braking body roll... or so I think

OK I just had the shocks + springs installed yesterday.

Initial feelings:
Body roll is significantly reduced, coming from non-sport suspension setup.
Ride comfort is about the same, if not better, but firmer... (bumps on the freeway don't shake me as much?)
Ride height: It's lower than non-sport, but for now, it looks about as low as sport setup. I will need to wait til it all settles...

I haven't gotten an alignment yet - waiting for the springs and such to settle...

Overall I'm pretty satisfied for what I paid, but it's also true that for a few more bucks, I could have gone with KW-v1 or something...

Will post pix when I can... I don't have any good pix of old setup though :/
