truthfully that place is a joke....
i got my car from there and the sales guy has been really good so far service wise.......i would almost rather bring my car to Canadian Tire So rude, SA, service manager everyone that i dealt with was a complete idiot and so on Told them my car was idling rough and wasnt running well....they told me it must be the WEATHER and that i was imagining things and expecting to much out of my car Interesting enough a few months down, the car starts having seizures, reduced power etc......must have been the weather and the spark plugs, injectors and software Once took them over 45 mins to find my car....no one knew where it was Just a complete joke Seriously give people who dont have jobs a job instead of these wannabe business people who cant even communicate clearly with customers other then telling them your car idles iradically because of the weather sighhhhhh |

I bought my car there and the sales guy who i got it from was really cool, Rick or something. When i brought my car in for an exhaust issue (wastegate rattle) a week later because i didnt know at the time what it was the services guys just said its normal on all BMW's and even asked other SA's there and they all said the same thing (probably laughed about it after i left).
Another thing is that their Sales manager is a total PRICK. They sold me 3 welded 230 rims and one cracked on the weld spot 2 weeks after owning it... ofcourse i didnt see this when i bought the car otherwise i wouldve raised a big fuss about it. I got into an arguement with him... said he couldnt do anything its my problem now when clearly its thier vendor thats doing a poor job repairing the rims (can you even sell welded rims)? He ended giving me a curbed rim instead and a worn out tire (my brand new one wit 200km on it got ruined inside from driving as a run flat to the dealer). In all not a very good experience... |

Can't say anything about the service or sales department, but I just had a great experience with Dennis in the parts department. Prices and service were excellent on the parts.

I have way way better experience by autohaus service than t&c. I just have my hfpf, injectors, rear tail lamp & driver sport seat replaced without ne hard time. And when I originally walked in was to complaint about the tail lamp burn bulb very often and a crack on my seat. Not a big deal, just want to report it before I am running out of the warranty but then they read that I have code for the hfpf so they replaced it with the injectors as well.
When I got my limp mode for the first time, I drove in to t&c and the advice told me he can only book me a appointment 3 wk later so my options was to drive with limp mode for 3 wk and then drop it off afterward or left the car there and they will take care of it 3 wk later but I won't get any rental or loaner unless it is out of my pocket. Then I called autohaus and they just asked me to drop off the car (sat morning), they gave me a loaner and my car was fixed in 2 business day. So I gave to autohaus service. BTW, I bought my car from Parkview, I live 10 min from t&c and work downtown.
