材質均是PUR<

這有我以前PO在ptt上面的短文，介紹一下做空力套件的材質，大家可以參考一下，如果有版有可以幫我翻譯一下，就真的感激不盡，小弟我英文實在不太好

做空力套件的材質大約分成四種 FRP, ABS, PP, PU

1.FRP: Fiber Reinforced Plastic 或是有人稱GPFRP，換湯不換藥，都是一樣的材質
開模成本便宜(樹脂模)，速度快，現在市面上幾乎八成以上的產品都是FRP
但是這個材質有致命的缺點，所以幾乎所有國外改裝大廠都不採用
質硬且脆，不耐碰撞，一撞就爛，又台灣的FRP產品開模不精準，
質硬的後果就是，開模有一點點不準，裝車的時候就要喬，故FRP的產品
幾乎不能DIY，又生產過程為手工積層，生產過程慢，產品品質不穩定
可能朋友買的品質OK，你買的卻很爛。又FRP中途不好做，烤漆表面常有波紋

2.ABS: ABS Resin
開模成本稍高，速度也快，質硬，不耐碰撞，生產為真空成型，但
為開放模成型，準確度不高，但可以大量生產，且中途烤漆容易，
烤漆成本較低，台灣改裝市場可以看到越來越多ABS產品。

3.PP: Polypropylene
開模成本高，射出剛模，準度高，OEM的塑膠件幾乎都是採用PP射出，
但是因為投入成本高，大部分aftermarket件都不會採用此生產方法，
品質穩定是一大點，其餘特色與PU相似。

4.PU: Polyurethane
PU或稱PUR(生產方式不同有不同稱呼)，空力套件的理想材料，以歐系車
空力套件廠為例，幾乎90%以上都是採用PU材質，在碰撞強度柔軟度各方
面表現都很突出，但是缺點為耐熱程度不好，沙漠地區會有軟化的危險
我曾經賣了一百套PU套件到沙烏地阿拉伯，後來被客人claim，就是因為套件軟到
掉下來，另一缺點為回收不易，有環保問題。

另外，店面有時會虎爛消費者把ABS說成PU或PP產品，就是為了想多賣一點錢。
下次有時間再告訴各位分辨各種不同材質的方法。

e92 在台灣有夠少的(現在還不超過一百輛吧).....做她的套件有困難度
光是要找車合車就有問題

AC or Mtech套件我都可以請人從德國寄來，但是找車這個問題就蠻頭大的

要是版友有認識的可以提供車子做合車用，麻煩介紹一下....我可以贈送一套套件以示感謝
